The room felt cramped and cleanliness could improve. definitely not spotless. Breakfast had limited options and ended too early at 8:30 am, making it hard for late risers. Additionally, the hard pillow made sleep less comfortable.

Convenient location near the JR Yamanote line, making sightseeing easy! The friendly staff went above and beyond, providing helpful services like luggage handling. Breakfast featured delicious Japanese options but ended a bit too early.

During my four-night stay, I truly appreciated the superb breakfast offered every morning, featuring a variety of Japanese dishes that were incredibly delicious. It was also a plus to have the convenience of a bar area with free drinks in the evenings. The location near Otsuka station made it easy to explore other popular spots in Tokyo like Ikebukuro and Shinjuku. Additionally, the hotel had a unique selection of pillows available, allowing for a more personalized comfort during my stay.

Super clean digs and great location just a few mins from Otsuka station. The staff are really nice and help out with everything. Chose my pillow intensity at check-in which was a cool touch.

The breakfast could definitely use more options for folks who aren’t into the whole Japanese breakfast vibe early in the morning.

the room was larger than expected for Tokyo. the aircon was quite loud.
